Yoga and Pilates for weight loss?

Hi, I’m at a healthy weight right now, and all I really need to do is lose a bit of fat around my midsection, and tone up. Will yoga and pilates achieve this? Or do I have to do cardio as well? I’m 5’2” and 120lbs if that helps. thanks!
