Question by Cat Woman: How do I make a healthy non alcoholic fruit punch?
What I am doing, with it getting hot in Australia and summer coming on is putting fruit salad with diet orange and freezing in popsicle moulds. It tastes delicious. It is a nice summer treat. For Christmas I would love to make a nice healthy non alcoholic punch that tastes divine. I want it to be low sugar and low fat with low calories and a nice healthy drink.

    Ladycat9 Don’t add the alcohol. Hey whoaaaa hold on, have you ever thought of, instead of using the diet orange use sparking mineral water or soda water.

    You of all people living in such a great place, at that time of the year, you have all the tropical, sweet and fresh fruits available to you. I also know that you have some of the best orange orchards in your Riverrina District, squeeze your own.

    I live in Canada and we envy some of the stuff you have, specially your seafood.
