  4. YungStunna11233 says:

thank you. i have made a fool of myself and it is really time to stop drinking. it takes me 7days to recover from alcohol now a days i think i have become chemically unbalanced and i am sad

  5. dylasauruswrecks says:

im inspired! i had a rough night and now im youtubing alcohol abuse vlogs. im ready to give it up, im sick of all this crap, always being broke, and constantly making a fool out of myself. i dont know why i do it! two thumbs up

  6. tonjo77 says:

thank you for this video and goodluck!

  7. TheErnestotorres1977 says:

Yeah, it is so frustrating to be around someone who is drunk when your sober.

  8. TheErnestotorres1977 says:

Thanks, I wish the same for you.

  9. EssenRay08 says:

@TheErnestotorres1977 Thank you. I appreciate your honesty! I wish you the best of everything life has to offer

  10. TheErnestotorres1977 says:

Sorry, That’s not what I was trying to do.

  11. EssenRay08 says:

I apologize. I am so busy with school but Antibuse is a drug that seriously reacts negatively to the consumption of alcohol. If you have liver issues it may not be suitable for ingestation. However, it will keep you from drinking. Once alcohol is in your system you will become flushed, also violently ill and nauseous. If you are suffering from withdrawal then ask the DR, for librium or another Valium based prescriptions. Alcohol is a benzodiazipine, if abruptly stopped it can cause a seizure.

  12. EssenRay08 says:

@TheRealityJunkie Thank you! I am currently in college and starting my second year in Mental Health Technology. It is a very intense program. I will be a liscensed counselor in about one more year. I am working on becoming an LICDC, which is a liscensed chemical dependency counselor. I hope to hear from you again and thank you for the kind words and positive reinforcement.

  13. EssenRay08 says:

@TheErnestotorres1977 I have to say that you are insensitive and Rude. I was not drunk when I posted it! Maybe you were drunk when you responded. Thank you for your comment because it only makes me want to prove people like you wrong. Even though it is about proving to myself what I can do, I should not let one single person, like yourself, hurt me. You do not know me and I do not know you and I would be a good friend to you. Its a shame that you look down on others and it shows your character

  14. Rhondadunn1 says:

I’m the older person that you don’t want to be. I’ve drank for 25 years and I am 38 .Today is the day I’m gonna quit drinking. I am daily drinker and I know it will be hard. You have a chance now to change your life, stay on it. Don’t be like me. My Doctor told me yesterday that I have ulcers.

  15. TheErnestotorres1977 says:

I think he was drunk when he recorded this.

  16. TheRealityJunkie says:

My advice: Get away from bar tending. Work on your long term career. You are obviously very well-spoken and smart. Enroll in a college or university if you aren’t already. Rearrange your life so that you are just too busy to drink. Also consider joining clubs, joining churches (depending on your beliefs), and keep going to the gym. Seriously, get in to college and get a degree. And look at Pell Grants if money is an issue.

  17. KerayZ says:

I I realized I was an alcoholic a while ago, and decided to just accept it until recently. I don’t want to drink anymore, looking at what I’ve done and how many times I’ve blacked out is pathetic.

  18. cole0184 says:

we have a lot in common. im 26 been struggling with alcohol for 8 years. anything bad thats ever happened to me has been when i was drunk but i continue to drink thinking it will be fun and it never is anymore. this last binge made me realize i have a problem, no more denial. im going to AA

  19. 96Mauser says:

I guess if you were homely, she feels it would be OK for you to be a drunk??

  20. rennnie says:

Thank you -yeah you helped me think

  21. rimvaidamgle says:

    @EssenRay08
    I love you man.
Same story and same thing happened to me yesterday, my friend was drunk and I was sober…
    Take care

  22. KJD123i says:

speak to someone as soon as you can as i have anded up in hospital a few times. If I couldn’t get alcohol I would take anything I could get my hands on. Be as honest as you can and if you know your life is totally unmanagable due to drink you do need help. Good luck bluegoose94

  23. KJD123i says:

@ bluegoose94, of course you can ask. Before i start I must say that I am not a doctor and only a doctor can prescribe what you need. I was put on a detox of chlordiazepoxide (librium) which was reduced each day to stop fits and help sleep and panic attacks etc. I was then put on Citalopram for depression and anxiety. The obsession took along time to get over and can still crave like crazy now, but keep going back to see psychiatrists and doctors. I’m a million times better now though.

@KJD123i may i ask what the the doctor said or gave you. i am going to go to the doctor on monday and have heard about a drug that can help.

  26. mamastears says:

    I QUIT FOR FIVE DAYS
    NOW I’M SMOKING AGAIN
THATS WHY I’M BACK..I KNOW NOW I CAN DO IT.
    THANKS

  27. TheFlood92 says:

Finally a message that says that we smokers are selfish, and that our continued smoking will end up hurting the people we love most…..

  28. bojanalex007 says:

@MrOldnhorny wow.. your username speaks for itself. where do you get this statistic? it’s still today not proven if you die direct of cigs, but it’s a fact that indirect more people die of alc like in car accidents, killing under influence of alcohol. also it’s a fact that alc killes our braincells. don’t believe what you read. check how ignorant or not you are.

  29. MrOldnhorny says:

@bojanalex007 THERES A REASON ITS A WITCH HUNT. cigs kill 435,000 annually.. alcohol kills 85,000 so before u go on another ignorant rant get ur facts str8. btw i smoke

  30. jcreamx23 says:

@MrOldnhorny obviously it doesnt work because the main tactic used to get people to quit smoking is fear-based and everyone still smokes.

  31. MrOldnhorny says:

@jcreamx23 fear helps, u dont know wat ur talking about. fear is one of the only things which is more powerful than an addiction

  32. finalmaker71 says:

    @theclashmeister also remember this!
one pack of cigarettes $ between 8/10 dollars per day,
    about 3400$ a year.
    I smoked for 24 years I waste about 80.000 $ (what a IDIOT)

  33. theclashmeister says:

I’m going to try this every time I want a cigarette. Thanks for the help!

  34. maria2544 says:

@benesindahouse haha who invite yuh in dhis conversion …

  35. illwill57 says:

thanx man im 26 and i have been smoking since i was 12 i reasy 2 quit

  36. benesindahouse says:

@maria2544 stupid ass bitch tryna act gangster my grandma’s name is the same as yours. no joke.

  37. bojanalex007 says:

yeah great!! .. right!.. now, look on the other things in life: politics , wars, global warming, gangs wars, prostitution, work 12 hours a day, aids, viruses, fucked up people, religious wars, smog, pollution, oil on the beach, industrial dust , ALL this shit is infecting us.. smoking is REALLY the minor problem in our lives. it is unhealthy, thats correct, but: there are BIGGER INTENSE problems on the world!! today it’s just a witch hunting on smokers! hello!! whats about alcohol???

  38. futebalmakedonia says:

I truly feel for those who are addicted. But once in a while i like to have one. I dont know i feel so relaxed and calm. Almost like a buzz feeling. I hope heavy smokers wont be plagued by their addiction. But if you truely like to smoke, then do it once in a while. My father goes through 3 packs a day. Bad huh… lots of pain for me to watch him. Cutting your self off completely isnt controlling your addiction. But more youll be at the mercy of it

  39. Bite008 says:

Im going to have a smoke now. I listen and smoke bongs.

  40. sandor139 says:

I do not smoke, but I am convinced ;)

  41. johnmonk66 says:

the reason this does not work is because 99% of smokers do not wind up in a hospital bed with cancer, scare tactics don’t stop drug addicts

  42. vcomp1960 says:

@Nix1621 Thanks! I’ve cut back on eating and started swimming. I think my weight has leveled off for now. I still have urges and times where all I want to do is smoke. It’s been 8 weeks now………………eight loonnnnnggggggg weeks!!!

  43. Nix1621 says:

@vcomp1960 change your diet, cut out fast food, dont drink soda, drink water and get plenty of vitamins, start running, bicycling or lifting. getting the right amount of sleep is important too. sooner you start the quicker you see results. congrats on quiting, nothing worse then covering your lungs with tar and ebalming fluid.
