Thanks man this makes so much sense. Today I went for a swim in the sea, saw a ray, many turtles , eels and a sea cucumber (not vegan, lol). I was looking at your salads being so huge. I almost cried when I saw it, thinking I can never eat that much (weak jaws or something) then an idea, why not blend it. So that what I been doing greens with fruit or fat and so far so good. Only two days lol. Crazy cravings, yet not hungry. Thanks for the support. Peace
Walk till you are tired and can sleep! WALK AROUND THE BLOCK OR THE PARK WHILE LISTENING TO YOUR FAVORITE MUSIC! When you get tired rest for 10-15 minutes while being thankful for your life! Then walk some more and get your heart rate up! Have fun! When you get home eat a little fruit and a big low fat salad! You must exercise if you want to sleep and be thankful for everything! Release the worry forever and have faith in the universal love! You are loved! You are love! Stay in touch! D
Thanks Dan yor quick. you still suggesting I eat fruit and burn it with exercise. The first set of weight loss I released a lot of muscle too. As i am still obese and not too flexible, what sort of vigorous exercise do you suggest?
Is this a slow cleansing livity, or am i still going to have problems with my fatty liver? and insomnia? for weeks on end. I can’t live like that. you don’t mention fat, how do I get energy?

Salads made with tons of leafy greens and low sugar fruits like red peppers and tomatoes cucumbers! Green juices to heal the pancreas and more vigorous exercise to burn fruit sugar cleanly! Keep going and growing!
I went 80% raw last october, to date I have released 85lbs, hit a plateau and the high fruit was giving my liver problems and insomnia. Now i still want to be raw and can’t use fruit, any suggestions as to what to eat to be satisfied?
DAN!! i stayed up all night watching your videos. I have to say… dude, you are one inspiration people i have ever known. I love your openness. You also make Washington sound so beautiful. I will probly take a road trip up there once a finish high-school in a couple months to see what it ia all about =)
Ive been eating 100% raw for about 2 months. I been gathering 100% my own water for about 8 days. And i feel you really are pushing me to find the next level.
Dear Dan. When I started my raw diet a years ago,I stoped eating fruit, because the books back then said that fruit is not fruit anymore…it as been modified to taste sweeter so they could sell some more…but, now I do eat appels and honeydew. I wanted to know if you ever water fasted. I water fast every year for about 21 to 40 days and man, I fly after that. My mental focus is great for university and I don’t need to sleep . You are truly MY motivation! With you in spirit . Julie

Day 4 now of 95% raw from being a pig and i can feel changes. Not good or bad just changes. Light headed sometimes. Energy sometimes, Wierd poop too.
You have become a good friend to me Dan, wierd , i know but i think you are a great guy. You know, in a guy way lol.
You get me thinking about accepting my life.

I feel the best when I am just a little bit hungry. I try to eat till about 2/3 full and then stop and do some thing else like take a walk, read or watch spiritual video’s. I still do eat to much some times and I pay for it with a loss of energy, gas or headache. I have found that mixing to many things together in one meal causes one to overeat. Simplicity in the # of ingredients and mono meals help the most. Also be as aware as possible during meal times. Turn off T.V. and eat ceremoniously
The salad dressing idea for an upcoming video would be great!….that is my downfall in raw is can’t get totally away from the storebought dressings…..keep up the videos…you have an honesty that shows thru the lens….loved the old guy in the golf cart!….and you just took it all in stride…great stuff!
I rarely eat sprouts, but I do grow and drink tons of wheatgrass.
I am currently not eating any kind of tubers, but if I was to eat potatoes, I would juice or bake yams instead of white potatoes.
I have no desire for beans or legumes at this time.
Also I am not anti-anything, if you really enjoy something then eat it!
I have been drawn to eat predominately fruits and vegetables and their juices with small amounts of nuts and seeds. I am currently working on releasing salt and spices….

Are you hungry? I eat like most people and I get really hungry to the point it hurts sometimes. You are clearly eating very light.
