Got a HUGE dance competition on sunday, we have to fit into these tiny little suits which show all our fat, so we all decided to eat healthy this week!

Can you give me meals which are veggie, really healthy and low in fat?

You can’t go wrong with Tofu..its very healthy and picks up any flavor you pair it with..Try the frozen veggie burgers for change around mid-week…very yummy!

got carbs , but a sweet potato is one of the most nutritious veggies out there . it can be prepaired in as many ways you can imagine . to flavor soups stews and it makes great deep fried french fries . never tried to bake the fries but i`m sure it will work

Eating healthy for a week ain’t going to do squat.

A week isn’t really a huge amount of time to lose any weight, but some good ideas might be lots of green salads, and raw veggies. Also, you need protein–nuts, beans, sauteed tofu. Citrus is great for detoxing–oranges, grapefruits. And lots of water.

As has already been said, a week isn’t going to make much difference but if you aren’t 100% comfortable with your body image then I’ll share some tips for a more longer term healthy eating plan.
Firstly, drink lots of water. Cut down/out tea and coffee or at least make them decaff. I personally love peppermint tea whihc also aids digestion but it isn’t to everyone’s tastes.
Eat a good breakfast. It’s been proven that eating a healthy breakfast will enable you to loose more weight than if you skip it and go straight in at lunch time because your body will store a lot of this food as fat. A home made granola is a really good idea because you can use lots of nuts, seeds and dried fruits which are not only tasty but have a low glycemic index, so will release energy slower and will prevent cravings to snack later on in the day. These kind of foods are also good for afternoon snacks as they aren’t fatty.
Don’t cut out all the foods that you like that may be unhealthy because if you learn to detest your new eating plan it can make you unhappy which in turn might lead you to binge eat.
Anyway, try a couple of these things out. I hope the work out for you and good luck in your dance comp.
