I doubt it
but it requires getting used to.
Healthier is a subjective word .
Is that for Your opinion or Mine.
Isn’t it a mater of taste???

No, alcohol is alcohol. It has the same effect on your body no matter what you drink if in the same proportions. If you drink anything at all, the less alcohol the better. Red wine does have beneficial properties due to certain chemicals that occur naturally in grapes in the skin. But, then you can eat fresh grapes and obtain the same chemicals. Beer has nutrients in it also. Germans consider beer to be the same as bread. It is a food to them. For example, bock beer. So, a little moderation is the key. By the way, it’s spelled sake

A single glass of red wine a day is good for you. It has antioxidents witch bind free radicals in the body and help prevent cancer.

I believe that most sake has more alcohol by volume than most other wines. But alcohol is alcohol and if you drink in excess it’s never good for you. Sorry.
